A project was initiated to provide and deploy Help Desk management tools to support the Ann Arbor, Michigan campus. Capricorn Diversified Systems provided consulting services along with procurement of the Network Associates Magic Service Desk application tool.

Capricorn Diversified Systems, Inc. provided an engineering staff of certified NAI project manager and engineers to configure the Microsoft and Netware Servers for applications and databases along with installation, customization, consulting, training and go-live implementation.

This project included a successful rollout of product and deployment of two technical staff over 2 weeks to install the application and train staff. After the initial implementation, Capricorn engineers have returned to provide an upgrade to the application in additional consulting engagement.
